Welcome to one of the premier golf courses in Virginia.  Magnolia Green’s 18-hole championship golf course, the Westham Club, was created by Nicklaus Design, the golf course design firm owned by the legend, Jack Nicklaus. 

Every initial homeowner in Magnolia Green will receive the benefit of a free Sports and Fitness membership initiation fee, and the ability to apply this $4,000 towards the already reduced price of a Founding Resident Golf Membership. Currently, this would only be an additional $1,000 to become an exclusive Founding Resident member of the Westham Golf Club. As we grow, prices will continue to increase, making the decision to join as a Founding Resident when you purchase your new home one of the smartest you could make!
